Webquest
This is a webquest. It sends students on a journey through the solar system. It assigns students with specific tasks that they must complete, and they will end up with a research report.
This assignment contributed to my understanding of educational technology by introducing me to webquests in general. I learned what a webquest is, how they can be used and how to create them. I ended up with a solid webquest that I can teach in my classroom.
This assignment prepared me for teaching with technology by giving me the knowledge and tools to successfully use this tool. It also helped with my understanding of building a website.
I will use this technology in my classroom by assigning webquests to the students from the internet, as well as creating my own webquests for the students to complete.
